At Strobes N' More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
